Alerts solution

This monitor was difficult to set up so it gets 3 stars for that and the fact there will never be updates to this app.
Anyways...I was quite disappointed I couldnt set up the alerts. I left my daughter with my teenage daughter and didnt want to leave my phone so I had her set it up on the computer. From there she turned the alerts on. When I used my app later the motion alerts were working!! Way cool!!
To set up from computer just go to the setup tab when you have your app running, put the DDNS number into the browser on you computer, and then your monitor username and password
