Works great on both iPhone and iPad but wish it could show a full color image.

Its been working nicely after the update!! Its missing an OSx app...

Can you help us with IOS 8 ?

It works most of the time... Lousy user interface push was advertised at one point but has never worked. Looks like an app a jr high student would make. I like the hardware please make the software to match.

This app needs to ensure the cannot connect issue gets resolved ASAP. Its not safe if we cannot connect and rely on this app to monitor our baby, therefore Im already looking for a replacement. Also the alarm needs some custom features. Volume is a must. I turn my iPad speakers up loud to listen to my babys sounds and breathing, so when the alarm sounds, its startling and glares out. Not a nice feeling that messes up the whole product experience. Finally, the app needs better pan/tilt control. When I touch the screen to bring up the control buttons it causes the camera to drift from baby. I can go on but iBaby labs have enough issues to fix in order to save this product. Get to it. Time is ticking before I replace your product.

Love the convenience of being able to check the baby monitor right on my iPhone, even when away from the house. However, the alarms need to disappear! As a new mom, Im already stressed and lacking sleep, I dont appreciate the alarms for low battery or loss of connection in the middle of the night... On top of a crying baby. The ibaby and the app need improvement!

My iPhone5 with the I baby camera , The camera doesnt fill the screen on my phone and it disappoints me !!!

Please disable the annoying alert sound!

Does not seem like a typical apple product. Had high hopes. The app freezes in the middle of the night and the audio is terrible.

Use it all the time! Overall, great app! Absolutely HATE the low battery chime! Dumbest idea ever. The rest of the app is good though.

I love the idea. But the app keeps crashing, cant even get it to work anymore as soon as the camera goes to turn on the app crashes!!! Please fix, so frustrating. Also sound kept turning off (when it was still working).

This app quality is really poor! Battery alert please REMOVE it! If I had known I would have not bought the camera! I will tell all the other momies this product is cheap!

I love this product. It does what it supposed to do. My husband and I love it as he can see our baby even though hes at work. The battery alert can get annoying but it just reminds me to charge my iPod/iPhone right away.

Love this product. Purchased it for our third child and wish we had it for the other two. It does sometimes time out, however. We have it hooked up to two phones and one iPad.

It stopped pushing the alert on the phone/iPad. Cant use it unless I have the app open which defeats the whole purpose - please fix!!!

Cant open after the update

The latest update is asking to set up my camera... Why? Nothing but issues with the updates. The end user is not in the minds when updates are made. FIX THE ISSUES.

This is an absolute piece of crap! Great camera but app is way below quality standards. This product should be an embarrassment to this company. Do not buy!!! Cant be relied on! Numerous technical difficulties, poor customer support & more problems with every update of app! Shame on ibaby for producing a terrible product that is meant for our childrens safety!!!

Well they have made good improvements lately. Camera is great, crystal clear quality. Night vision mode is great. Sound quality could be better and the notifications are currently messed up on the app. I wouldnt trust it to notify you. Once they improve that hopefully in a future update I will give this at least a 4 star if not 5.
