Frustrating at times

We have had this device for a little over 2 years now. Its a great camera and app, when it works. Problem is it always says it cant find the camera, close the app and try again. Try this about 5 times...Still doesnt work so power off the phone and nope, still does not work. Sometimes it works and others, well....Its been like this for two weeks now... We where going to purchase two more but I think we need to look for something a bit more reliable.
