Good camera, great support!!

Ive had this camera since my daughter was born 2 1/2 years ago. Initial installation was straightforward and well described in the manual. Everything worked fine.
I recently had a problem however, I upgraded my modem and could not reconnect, even after going through the set-up from scratch. I did the last thing you ever want to do: call Support. Ugh.
The phone rang 3 times and a human answered. A nice human who was knowledgeable, pleasant and polite. The gentlemen walked me through a hard reset and re-install/setup and I was up and running again in less than 10 minutes!!! AWESOME!!!
