Not safe and needs features

This app needs to ensure the cannot connect issue gets resolved ASAP. Its not safe if we cannot connect and rely on this app to monitor our baby, therefore Im already looking for a replacement. Also the alarm needs some custom features. Volume is a must. I turn my iPad speakers up loud to listen to my babys sounds and breathing, so when the alarm sounds, its startling and glares out. Not a nice feeling that messes up the whole product experience. Finally, the app needs better pan/tilt control. When I touch the screen to bring up the control buttons it causes the camera to drift from baby. I can go on but iBaby labs have enough issues to fix in order to save this product. Get to it. Time is ticking before I replace your product.
