I like this app, it does everything I bought the monitor to do. I do wish that I had not updated it however as before I updated it I was able to listen to music while the app was open which I would often do while I was showering or cleaning and now it stops the music when I try to open it which I find extremely frustrating. If I could make a request it would be to allow the music to run still when the app is running. If I could still do that this app would get 5 full stars from me.

Since the update the sound keeps cutting out and the video freezes. Have to keep shutting down the app to restarts to look and hear my kids. Not impressed with this app or product.

I have purchased a thousand apps in my time. This is easily the most disappointing. New update is atrocious. This is completely unreliable. Two thumbs way down. Audio is spotty if it works at all. Stupid alerts cant be altered. Horrible

Anyone else having issues with their ipad following most recent update? My audio doesnt work mostly defeating the purpose of this monitor. They just cant get the software right. I hope the next update is coming soon there are better products on the market.

This monitor has been awesome up until a few weeks ago when they released an app update for audio bug fixes. Now the audio cuts out for a few seconds (sometimes longer), every minute or less. Its really annoying when youre trying to sleep with the monitor audio switched on. For whatever reason it occasionally amplifies the audio volume for no apparent reason which is also annoying while running a sound machine in the babies room. Im now contemplating replacing the iBaby monitor with a cheaper more dependable unit so Im able to get some rest again.

Audio still not working for the 2nd update this month.

This is a great app. Not sure why people are complaining, i set this up in 2min and was viewing via the app. I have a Netgear firewall and a Cisco wireless router. Which are very secure and most things cannot connect through. I originally bought a DLink and could not get it to connect. Their answer was to buy a DLink router... BS! And I had to buy the app! Only problem with iBaby is I cannot figure out how to connect to the IP from Outside the work. Fix that and 5 stars!

Very unreliable. Im constantly losing connection to the camera. Useless product. Also loses audio for days at a time. Do not recommend

It seems that every time they update this app it has issues or stops working all together. I just updated the app today, as there was one available, and it works on my iPhone4 but not the original iPad. I would suggest never updating this app if your current version actually works for you. I also suggest purchasing a different product if you are in the market for a video monitor.

Loved this app until the latest update!! Can not access this app anymore. Very frustrating! App has crashed. Please fix this bug ASAP !!!!

We NEED this app to work! Today! I bought this monitor for a reason, I shouldnt need to worry about having a backup camera when this one wont work!

Ive loved having this video baby monitor. It has been a lifesaver! The picture quality is great and I enjoy the fact that I can access the monitor away from home. I have recommended this baby monitor to all my friends!

They can never get this right. Its a shame that we have owned this crappy monitor for 9 months, it has never worked consistently and there is no chance I can take it back for a refund! You need to sack whoever you are paying to fix these bugs! Enough us enough! This isnt a game, people rely on these monitors for their childs safety but when the audio is constantly cutting out it is rendered useless! Do not buy this monitor!!!!!

I have been a user and a fan of this product for over a year.. but my confidence in this product has been eroded to the point of this product being a complete waste of money. Every time there is an apple update this product crashes for days and I can’t access from any of my devices - the support network / customer service is horrible and is always the tech are working on a fix but no timeframe or reliable fix provided. For example a week ago my ibaby became unusable based on a apple update (iTunes) no fix has been provided and no timeline as to a fix provided - key issue is that my son has pneumonia and I can no longer keep an eye on my two year old! The lack of concern by ibaby is astounding. The only thing you can do is wait several weeks before running the apple update and hope that a new ibaby app has been released in the meantime that resolves their roll out bugs . I find it sad that apple is still supporting / selling / promoting this product while ibaby is affecting their brand and product reliability.

Im quite happy with the iBaby hardware but the app really needs some work. The visual design is poor, the graphics look terrible on non-retina devices. Many of the iOS UI conventions are ignored (e.g. Using a tab bar item as a toggle). The iPad version is really just a blown-up iPhone version. The entire app feels like it was an afterthought rather than an integral component to the iBaby product.

Sound STILL doesnt work now i cant move the camera anymore and im having trouble connecting to the camera now... Very unhappy!!!

When it works, its great but half the time it doesnt work. Not exactly the kind of reliability youd like in a baby monitor.

Works at home, anywhere else, grief. I have 3G and wifi at work and all it can tell me is "" cannot be connected. Search again? At the same time my wife can watch it at home. Please fix whatever it is thats not working correctly.
