It is very useful program for monitoring your baby.

How to change a language?I cant find it in person settings...

Its supposed to be a monitor, not a tv. Push notifications (neither sound, nor movement) didnt work when my iphone was in stand by (well, worked a couple of times with lags), but worked perfectly when the app was active. Useless stuff. Checked on two diff iphones.

Trouble with searching wifi. Pmease fix!

It shuts off so much doesnt give warning. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

What a horrible horrible app!!! Seriously!!! You guys now have an international company. People are actually buying and using your products. The new app (which doesnt work with 3 series) is ok. But this!?!? What is this!? Some joke written by a 13 years old? there is just no sense in design, zero intuitive, no flow. Horrible to use. I will not buy any other product from you. Because from this app i can see clearly how you are not a consumer oriented company. Pitty.

I have owned this product for over 2 years without an update to the app. It crashes frequently. It is very unsettling to have a product that shuts off unexpectedly in the middle of the night. It is extremely unsettling and does not serve its purpose.

The app is due for an update ? I mean you still sell the camera which only works with this app? Or make the newer one compatible. I can live it with it but please please please fix push notifications in iOS 9+ for iPhone 6 / 6 plus , please I really need this :(

What a waste of money, Ive had this monitor for over 3 yrs now. I used it not even 3 months. Its such a pain to setup. Theres no wifi inside the unit. So that means you need a super long Ethernet cable to your router. Or you have a router in your kids room, lol. Bad purchase

When it works, its awesome. However, it is the most unreliable decide Ive ever used. It works one minute and then wont work for days even though nothing has changed. Ive wasted countless hours resetting the device, my router, phone etc but with the same crap results. There has to be better devices out there. This is causing my get get grey hairs. Not worth it!

Needs Apple Watch support App and camera need ability to auto record video and/or still photos when movement and/or audio is detected and auto send them to the user via email and/or txt message. When holding iPhone vertical it is very difficult to swipe to tilt camera view up and down. This feature worked fine when iPhone is in horizontal orientation. Motion sensor alerts continue endlessly even when repeat switch is turned off. This feature needs a silent mode and a less annoying sound. Something softer would be better Camera needs ability to have a user programmed pan tilt schedule. Via the app, the user would define several specific directions/locations they want the camera to automatically turn to look at. The user would also define how long the camera would look at a given spot before moving on to the next spot to monitor. The camera would also monitor for movement & sound at each spot, but not while panning between locations. App and camera need facial recognition tracking and movement tracking. This way the camera can pan and tilt to keep the person in the frame.

This app keeps crashing when trying to add a camera on my iPhone 7 plus. Exchanging this junk for a nest camera

Since updating to the new iOS this app wont remember my log in and password. Its really annoying and frustrating to have to enter it over and over!

The app frequently fails to connect to the iBaby M3, despite troubleshooting and repositioning the camera and iOS device several times. Ive used this app with the iBaby M3 for four years, and the app worked as advertised approximately 60% of the time. Since the most recent iOS update, the app fails to retain the saved password and will not connect to the camera.

November 2016: Major decline in app functionality. Must log in EVERY SINGLE TIME to n my phone to see my son. Works fine on iPad though. App doesnt work outside of my home. No Apple Watch support. Extremely disappointed. November 2013 Update: Dont know why I updated. PLEASE fix landscape/portrait orientations so that theyre automatic again. Sheesh. July 2013 Update: Awesome, back to normal. Will NEVER update again, just too risky. March 2013 Update: Dont like that I have to restart app every time I power down. Liked it better when it didnt have to be restarted and stayed in landscape mode. Meh again. December 2012 Update: So, another garbage update. Freezing once again but now, in order to view in landscape, which I do with my iPad, I must first put it in portrait view and then turn it, which Ive never had to do before. VERY annoying. Once a good update sticks, I will not update this app ever again. WAY too unreliable for what its supposed to do.

This app doesn’t connect to M3s camera. The old iBaby app worked OK, but is no longer supported. The manufacturers website is completely unhelpful. DO NOT BUY THIS CAMERA. You will be frustrated and being sleep deprived with a new baby, it is a terrible combination.

Weve owned this technological marvel for about 7 months now and it has NEVER worked properly. I consider myself an intermediate tech person and can handle setting something like this up. However Ive bad no luck with this awful monitor and app. I find myself flicking off the device whenever I do battle with it. Heres my problem. Plug device into wall...check. Plug device into modem...check. Set up device...check. Wow! Everything works...not so fast. Unplug device from modem...check and still works...great! Wait though. Unplug device from wall and painstakingly go back upstairs to my daughters room and remount the device and run the power cord back into it...pain in my $&@. Device turns on, fire up the app and NOTHING! Swear at the device while my wife holds her hands over my daughters ears. Goodnight. So again....awful device, awful app.

My wife and I were looking for some kind of a baby monitor that we could keep tabs on our little guy. we first purchased this monitor and had a lot of trouble setting it up. The camera was just not working. I called the customer service and they sent me another one. The second one I have to say has worked great. I am a firemen and work 24 hr shifts so when i need my little guy fix, I can pop in on him while I am at work and see him. IN the end we are very glad that we made this purchase.

Weve been using this for 3yrs, never had a problem. Clear picture, real time. Better than any of the devices my friends have. They all love ours!

I love being able to see my baby with this app, however I have had nothing but troubles with it locking up and the sound coming in and out. It crashes constantly and says it cant find the camera. Totally been unreliable lately. Please help!
