This is terrible. The peace of mind Im looking for is when I am not at home and only once have I been able to connect to the camera. That in itself was short lived as the picture just froze and then lost connection. I am actually quite peeved about this as the camera is useless to me without the app, and this app is useless. I feel really ripped off; & even more so now that Ive been reading other reviews dating back years to where this app STILL isnt working. Get it together pls!

it works great, it does everything I want it to do

The app frequently fails to show the video, the interface is clunky (feels like software from the 90s) and has an annoying loud low battery alarm which cant be disabled (so loud it will wake anyone in the vicinity), app updates have been very slow to address prior problems - I would not recommend this product

I cant stand this app. It never works. It constantly freezes or just wont open/load. The picture is grainy. Buy something else.

After i was not able to complete an order online i called in and talked to Bricio Garcia and told him i wanted M3s and even wrote that in an email. He asked me for my credit card and Told me camera is on the way but free shipping does not apply because i live in in Canada. I paid 50 usd extra for shipping. I have back and forth emails as evidence that i asked for M3s baby monitor unit. Couple days later i open the box and find a USED M3 baby monitor- Not a new M3S as specified in our emails. I called him and he admitted on the phone that i was right but he insisted i pay shipping cost back to ibaby labs. This company Messed up my order and i should not be responsible for any costs!!!I asked to speak to his manager but no one was available Tried calling in 20 times but no one is picking up the phone. This must be a joke!! DO NOT BUY!!!

The camera looses its eu-if connection at least every 3 days and then when it finds it again it makes a loud beeping sound in the babys room. Not only that but a green light flashes constantly from the camera as it tries to find said connection. This does nothing to help from waking my sleeping child. When it does work its great but for the money we spent there is no way we should be having any problems with it.

Inconsistent, and just a general pain to rely on. Never worked properly from the start.

Please upgrade this. I have an iPhone 6plus and its not working. Needs some sprucing up too.

Dont download this app - it never works.

Camera worked great for a long time and now wont remember my password and I have to type it in EVERY time I open the app. Getting really fed up and shopping around for a camera that doesnt make me log in every time.

Purchased M3 model 2014. Now in 2016 trying to use the camera again but its discontinued. Works on and off. Support tells me to reset camera, etc etc. doesnt work. Spend your money elsewhere. The app hasnt been changed since 2014 and needs to fix the bugs.

This app DRAINS my battery and it lags. App needs to be updated!!

When im using screen is freezing and app is suddenly closing ( new iPad ios6 and iphone 4 ios6)

You can not turn off annoying low battery And camera not found alerts And it keeps going forever!!! What kind of a software does not Willow you to turn off alerts or silence them?i dont need you to warn me when my iOS devices battery drops under %20.just do your job!

Update the app please

Please, disable the sound that occurs when the battery is not enough! I like to use this program with sound, sitting in another room to hear your baby, but I really do not like the annoying sound that appears when the battery charge drops below 25%! I would like to be able to turn it off, but leave the camera sound to hear your baby!

- iPhone 5 better splash screen, not just stretched. - recording video with sound to iPhone/iPad media library. - separate setting for each user on each device on one camera.
