iBaby Monitor BM App Reviews

This monitor and app worked for the first couple of months. But since 2014 it has never worked correctly. Most of the time it will not even start-up and when it does it freezes within seconds. Audio never works! Dont buy it

I have to repeatedly plug and unplug the camera - which is very frustrating with a sleeping baby that you want to stay asleep. Image half renders then stalls. Im amazed that this product cannot deliver on its SINGLE function!

We have been using the application and camera for over 2 years now and really like it. It is great to be able to access the baby monitor when I am at work. I work 60+ hours a week and our baby is normally asleep when I get home but I can always see her when Im at work. Some people say it is hard to set up through your router but I had not problems just look on you tube and there should be something helpful there to Guide you. The app is stable I wish that is would give a temp read out also.

The picture of my monitor doesnt work well on my 5s. It seemed better on my 4, but needs some updated to keep up with the newer phone releases.

Sorry the title was in caps but it had to be said like that. This is the worst piece of technology Ive bought in years. In fact, it seems like everything about it was designed about 15 years ago. The app is atrocious and barely connects to the camera properly. Especially the first time. The camera connection and stream is slow when it works. My internet is blazing. Setting it up is like nothing Ive experienced before. Its just unprofessional. Theres lots of better options out there. Avoid this "product." Run... Run like the wind.

Followed the instructions word for word. My iPad 2 cannot detect the monitor even when plugged directly into it. Pretty sad product.

Please fix this! I use this for the safety and well being of my child. If I am unable to hear her cry, this is useless! It keep turning off in the middle if the night! It was working fine until about 2 weeks ago. Please update bug fixes.

I am very impressed by the technology keep making this app better if you can other than that its pretty good

The ibaby monitor is a huge waste of money. Mines never worked and I have had CPU technicians try. What a waste of money, more like an ipaperweight.... Horrible investment!!!! Beware!!!!!

I used this app for a year a half no problem then suddenly the freaking app is asking me the username and password. Who the heal remember the UN and PW

Very easy to use and I like all the features. Having the app on my phone is great! I can see and hear my child very well.

My wife and I love the camera. However the alert function in the app is useless. If the phone is locked it has an insane delay before it alerts you to noise or motion. Please fix this!

My daughter-in-law uses this all the time! Words cant describe my amazement that people are so smart to make this.

This app is great ! I have many ibaby monitors set up to watch my elderly mother in her home. This app gives me piece of mind knowing I can tune in anytime anywhere to make sure she is ok ( day or night) . 10 stars if I could, because ibaby products are backed by the most amazing customer support people I have ever dealt with .

Was having problems so reset both monitors and reinstalled the app. Afterwards we still had problems. Unplugged and plugged in the router and modem and everything works again. Hope that helps someone.

Great to be able to monitor your baby wherever you are just having an internet connection. The downside is that it is completely unreliable since it loses connection frecuently and sometimes it does not even tell you that it is disconnected.

This item is not worth the money. The connection is not reliable and the customer service level is lacking to say the least. I have friends who purchased other monitors and had much better luck than we have had with this. Extremely disappointing.

Im so frustrated with it I dont even want to waste anymore of my $&?@!$& time on this garbage with a review as to why I hate it. Bought a new camera and am throwing this $&@! In the trash.

Weve had the iBaby camera for 18 months. It worked great for the first 12 months. Now half the time the app wont connect to the monitor. The help desk gave me no answers, but they did offer me 10% off a new camera...right, because I want to waste my money on another one if their cameras and 10% is so generous.

When I read some of the reviews I became worried that perhaps this was not the right purchase, however I love it. The setup was so easy even a baby could do it :-) I can access it from anywhere and overall it works like a charm. Yes, the alerts are a bit bothersome but thats a question of changing the settings. I gladly recommend it.
